Digital Look Acquired by Web Financial Group

Madrid and London, 10/02/2011. Web Financial Group S.A. (WFG), a leading provider of hosted information services to the Financial Services Industry with headquarters in Madrid, today announced that it has acquired Digital Look Ltd. London-based Digital Look is an established, reliable partner of UK's financial community for technology solutions, content production and advertising services for more than a decade.

The acquisition will enhance WFG's ability to provide its global banking clients with further local expertise as the group proceeds with its international expansion. Digital Look's substantial and demanding institutional client base will benefit from WFG's broad and independent offer in technology, content sets and marketing services.

Dirk Behrens, CFO of Web Financial Group and responsible for leading the transaction, declared that the acquisition of Digital Look further strengthens WFG's role in the transformation of the financial services industry. From offices in Madrid, Paris, Munich and London, WFG already designs, develops and hosts customized solutions for many of Europe's leading banking and financial media groups. "We look forward now to bring in our expertise and innovative products - like rich mobile and streaming applications - to expand Digital Look's business in UK", Behrens pointed out.

With the transaction, Digital Look became a wholly owned subsidiary of Web Financial Group, with the company continued to be based in London.
